However, if right now is not a convenient time for you, that's OK. Just email with your name and address and we will keep you on our updated list.

We want to get to know you and your needs. We will review your medical and dental histories and ask about your special concerns, fears, and expectations. If you come to us with dental discomfort, we will make sure that you are comfortable.

You will get an oral cancer screening, a tooth by tooth exam, and a check of how your teeth fit together. Necessary x-rays and photos will be taken unless you have brought recent records with you to this visit.

We understand the value of insurance benefits and we will assist you in obtaining your maximum allowance. We will process your claim and estimate your deductible and your co-payment amount. Your co-payment is due at the time of the service and may be paid by any of the above methods. The final payment made by the insurance may be different from the original estimate and any overage will be refunded or any underpayment will be billed directly to you. The treatment choices made are between the doctor and the patient and may not coincide with allowances by the patient's employer's insurance contract. In that event you are responsible for the entire amount of the service.
